Pellin West

Pellin West is a series of Contribution Training Programs conducted by Peter Fleming in various locations throughout the US and Canada. Peter Fleming developed the heart of CT while working with David Pellin in Vancouver in the late 1960s. The first Pellin workshops in the early 1970s were in the mid west of America: Kalamazoo, Ann Arbor, Columbus. The first participants in the Pellin Italy program came from these places and from Vancouver, Canada.

After many years concentrating in England and Italy, Peter Fleming is renewing his work in north America.

The work of Pellin West in particular is in the application of CT to the huge problem of how to sustain employment in the age of welfare reform. Aspects of this work relate to drug and alcohol abuse; professional burn out in social work, particularly in child protection work; and applications of CT to hard core inner city situations. This work is developing in programs such as "The Ten Applications of CT to Work" and "The Ten Applications of CT to Parents". In the pipeline is "The Ten Applications of CT to Education".
